I think the default given items would be great. If you brought your own, then you would lose valuable stuff and people would complain alot.

it would be runescape all over again why did i have to go to that pvp arena T_T i almost died getting htere and then i got like 2 hit when i was there

Yeah no you dont use your own items or inventory. As for more specifics.... meh, lol we are working on it

I have been enchanting perfect sets of PvP armor/swords for  like 2 weeks.  I now have like 4 sets.

Or do we get our own sets?

Your inventory will be wiped when you enter the pvp area, but as soon as you leave, it comes back.

Yes, we are getting an Arena. It's release date is still undetermined.

it's not an arena.

PvP will run alongside the survival experience. users in the survival world may join a queue for a short, competitive PvP match. once the queue for a PvP match is full, users will be stripped of their items, given new ones, and teleported to an instanced and one-time-use PvP world. when the game ends, user inventory will be restored and they will be sent back to the survival world.

the system will likely launch with Spleef and Capture the Flag as game modes to start, with Deathmatch/Team deathmatch/whatever else released later.

there will also be a party system allowing users to queue for a specific game mode as a party, so don't try to suggest it

Well. That explains everything much clear, will it be while till it comes out? It would be with the wait as well.

Yes it will be a while. We are still working on creating the worlds for this system and making fine adjustments to make sure every thing runs smooth.

A colosium.  Would be awesome.

no ninja, what makes you think this needs locked? Also you CLEARLY haven't even bothered to read this, since we all know that we are not getting an arena. And yes this is a big deal, PvP is the next big thing for Opticraft lol
