Why are Slimes so hard to get? No one sells them. Can you add them to the market? Does anyone sell them?

If you ask around on the server im sure tons of people would be glad to sell slime.

Spawn rate is so low right now, slimes are at a premium.

i have a few slimballs you want to buy em

Indeed! I have a slime chuck which has spawned about 3 times in the last month.
The spawn rate is so broken. I was expecting an improvement as Optical told me that never came.
Moreover, the level of hunger is so annoying lately. Everyone in Mumble is complaining about that.
they try to eat cakes that give you 3-4 hurts I think, but still, it gets annoying.
On the past, it was great! Both issues.
Now, the inflation had hit our doors in many items that are depended on the spawn rates.
I tried to see how much they sell one slime ball, and someone told me 1000$ when I sell for 300 or 500 sometimes.
I had 20 slimes as reserves, and now I have none..

People saying the economy woudldnt be hurt. Bloody morons.

Ya I know. Creeper is that your in game username?

Well, i got 10 creepers with 10 zombies and 10 skeletons in the caves all attacking to me at once. The spawn rates are really broken. I hope optical will fix this after the new world comes.

Mobs (this includes slimes) will spawn more where there are more people.  Just a think I think you would like to know.

I will check it again on weekend that I will be online.
I am dissapointed on that point..

ok

i mined out a 80*50*5 room and i get slime spawns all the time, in 2 days i got 3 stacks of slime

Newbrickt is will you sell some? What is your I game username?

Wow you must have like 4 slime chunks in there or something!  I've mined out a similar setup (except I extended the height to abotu 5 layers each with a height of 3.  I RARELY get 3 or 4 slimes to spawn in an hour :/

I wonder if it's possible for optical to physically see minecraft making its calculations for generating slimes and if it really is broken or not.

Lets have a party at Newbrict's Slime room! Maybe we then have loads of slimes?
