Since i started playing on this server i was respecting rules,when i started making city i watched not to get too close to any of my neighbours with my project.I spend days and days trying to finish it,even have video about city and friends who help and to who i help back when i can.
Now most important thing i was paying attention was not to get to close to anybody and now i got this huge cube right above my city which blocked the view,sun,sky and it's way to close to my city tower i'm building and my melon farm/home on surface above my city.

Can anyone please help me,i dont know what i will do now,my city has loose it's point and my small farm is on the edge of enormous cobblestone wall.Can someone make them remove that object or move it little further away from my place or i just take ps stones and try to find another location. . My city is at /home _Obi_Wan_ and my farm is above that spawn location.

P.S:This building wasnt yesterday there and today when i came from work it was

Im very sorry but the only way that this can be fixed is by you talking to joe (i believe that he may be banned) about moving his town.
If he is banned permenantly, then we can talk about moving it.

Thanks guys,i will try to talk to him or ones with him who build it.They dont need to destroy it whole just to move little from my place and maybe expand it sideways.I just want free view on the sky from within Hydropolis,and if their city can be seen it's ok aslong it's not right above....this way it looks like alien invasion with huge mothership hovering my city  

Thanks again bantam2 for quick reply and 2crzy4uall i will not abandon project unless there is no other way and if that comes city will remain i will just sold it for price of ps stones so i can make another one in some very isolated place.was thinking of taking ps with me but there is over 30 ps in city and above (i counted them but forgot exact number)  so best is to sell place with ps :-)

Well i was in that city and tryed to talk with some folks building there to move little further from my place and they said that that is imposible and that they have the right to build there.....they are not in my ps zone  
The city owner wasnt online so i guess that place will remain there.
Since i'm working 8-9 hours a day i cant be ingame all day waiting Joebrito10ritos to speak with and i think guys who building there has the permisions to build and as that they have permission on deciding will they move or not.
So my only option is to he make mistake and get banned so i can ask moderator approvall to remove atleast a part that is covering my city since that is the one of ingame rules

and right that rule they brake....they build city on TOP of my city 
P.S:My city can be seen from surface so they cannot say that they didnt see city beneath theirs,and the fact that they stoped at my ps zone contribute the fact that this was on purpose and could be considered as a griefing (just my opinion)
Any way if there isnt any legal solution can u post here so i can go to another location and start over ...this time with protected surface as well.

Talk to the owner about moving it
Then ask ops+
They can move stuff with their worldedit powers

It will have to be either nick or relkeb that moves it. Optical is busy coding and i believe that OPs do not have worldedit powers

Guys thanks a lot for help....i managed to finnaly speak with normal thinking lady that is in that city,and she cant move anything but she will try to speak with other residents in there to move one part of city in other direction.However i was thinking (after i drink few bears  )to give her the city (without ps's and worthy stuff) to merge it into their as underwater hotel or similiar and to relocate my home on isolated placei found on live map where i could start another city with above water structures that would be similiar to Plato's description of atlantis,http://www.unmuseum.org/atlantiscity.jpg with few modifications i added in my school project (man that was long time ago... ).And if it is posible could i have moderators support in that project to hop there from time to time and see if anyone comes too close to it....that would be awesome but i know how busy they are in keeping order in world so this is more like a favour request once i start puting ps around area i found on map.

We do, indeed, have WorldEdit capabilities. We just don't end up using it a whole lot for a good reason.

No need for that i have managed to contact Joe and i offered him to take my city as part of his while i will be on other location building same city but this time with above water structures.Just hope that something like this dont happen to me again.This time i planing on bigger city far from anyone with hopes that i dont get griefed along the way

Thanks an by doing so u will be co-owner of city.I got atleast one more day to relocate all my resource chests and to set /home there so u can be ported there.I'm still using my home as teleport location and /back to get to new location....just hope i dont get disconect while at my farm cos i would need walk again to new place 
And i could make city example in sketchup so if u want help building will know what has i imagined city to look like
