The first rule is not to ask for the rank.
You can also try to interact more with the community via mumble, forums and ingame.
Basically, gain the trust of the community. Takes a long time for most/some. But it's the journey that counts, and the friends you make on the way

Admins (Nick, Relkeb) and I believe operators are able to grant the trusted rank.
Hanging out in mumble with admins/ops and being a non-asshole is basically a free ticket to trusted.

Hey, just wondering, how do I get on mumble? I've been looking, and I saw you reference it here, so I was wondering how? Thank you.
