I think you screwed up the coords bubble, they take me to an ocean with 1 house by it.

Unfortunately, rejected. It has a few nice buildings but overall has very little city planning and tons of random buildings.

Just make nicer buildings, and better city planning. then re-apply.

Sorry to hear your application got rejected Bubble, but as Tabooti says, make the buildings look nicer and do some city planning (proper streets, light posts, parks, etc) and then reapply.
