Opticraft Community

Hallo! My name is Emanuele but on the net I'm Manny (after Manny Calavera from Grim Fandango). Sorry if my English is so bad, I'm Italian and i learned English from computer games (my English class at school was almost useless).
I love old graphic adventures games for PC (LucasArts ones!!). I'm new on minecraft and at the moment i'm really confused about the game, the only thing i understood is I can make Pixel Arts *_* (if someone will post here a link for a beginner guide, i'll be happy to read)
Minecraft could be my second on-line multi-player game, the only other one i played was Maplestory (this is my beloved Italian Mapler community forum http://forum.maplestory-ita.com). Maplestory is a kind of multiplayer supermario fighting on line, apparently is a stupid game but i loved it (i still love it ^_^).
Oh, i almost forgot... my name inside minecraft is DreamAboutJade  at the moment i play only at the free classic game (http://www.minecraft.net/classic/list) at the moment i did not understand if i can play in a "more" interesting way for free.
I guess it's all for the moment Have a nice day

ey met u sometimes online, wc to opti.
and i know exactly what u mean with gaming English, it should be better then class XD im better than most because of it .
and also about a playing guide, the only advice i can give u is look at how people make inpressive things. like looking at not finished projects, and looking how they look at the end. the rest is just trying out and having fun at what u build

Welcome to Opticraft!

I used to play maplestory (which is evident by my custom avatar ), but I gave up on Nexon's customer support and therefore the whole game. After a glitch that prevented me from logging in again and several months of support tickets, I decided that they don't plan to fix this community wide glitch, and would rather continue releasing a bunch of useless, yet money-making updates.

Anyways enough of my rants .

If you need anything on classic or smp, feel free to call me (classic name: DJAlphawolf, smp name: dj301).

Hope you enjoy your stay here!

thanks for the warm welcoming

Two days ago i ranked up (im now a recruit) with my spaceship (in member world)
Yesterday i tried to rank up again by making a sprite (was a photo of a girl, she is a friend of mine). It took all the day. I didn't know a sprite can't make you rank up  ...by the way i don't know where the sprite is now!? it was in guest world but there was a "reset" and i don't know the new name of the old guest world

Yesterday i downloaded the wom client but it doesnt work (it says "wrong password"  )

Summarizing, i'm trying to be an active member of the opticraft-classic community even if at the moment i'm just a newbie

@DJAlphaWolf: I know that feeling!! Three years ago i lost my first account with my 13x bishop because of nexon support ineptitude!

the sprite... well make something in recruit next time, it will get saved for eternity.
and u need more then one build for builder, since builder is pretty tough.
it took me like.. 10 builds?

..but if the point is that it was deleted its ok!! ...but if it still exists i'd like to see it T_T
by the way i posted the problem in another thread

yeah it was on a guest world, so its probably deleted, thats what i said

Manny, a new guest world is created daily, so the old one you built in may still exist for a while. When a new type of world is created (guest, member, recruit, builder, crafter, etc.), they are given a new name (guest550, recruit40, etc.). Guest worlds tend to be deleted much quicker because of their abundance. If you'd like I can help you find it again and maybe an OP can move it to a recruit world where it will be safe and sound.

I'll go see if i can find it now. Feel free to log in and help at any time

Thanks for the help... i give up.. i guess it's lost.

I'll never build again in guest world (i didnt know the reset was daily...lost even my restaurant table this way)
