I keep getting disconnected and it says that I'm connecting from a known proxy, which I'm pretty sure I'm not, and it says to appeal here at the site. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I would greatly appreciate it.

opti has been informed, please give him a little time to get this sorted. This is in relation to stopping spammers using proxies, unfortunately some players have been caught up in this. Please be patient while it's being resolved.

This is only happening because we have been getting a lot of attacks from spammers and hackers as of late. We are doing this as a security precaution, so there is nothing personal about this. Many other users may be affected by this as well.

I am having the same problem so if you can help fix this for me too it would be great

As long as your voice is heard, we will be working on it to make things right for you. For now, patience is needed while we do so.

Is there anything we can do to help speed up the process of getting back on the server?
