It's gonna be multi theme, I've seen it

Province:

Name of the province:  Golden Nations
Theme: multi, one is floating, there will be a few themes
Biome(s): multi (ocean swamp and river mostly)
Participating towns/cities: (Capital)Paratopia(Capital), shroom city, sandlands

Remove familY jewels province and emerald city. DO NOT REMOVE sapphire city but move it to city section not province section.

Theme: generic

Biome: desert, possible expansion into the jungle
