Opticraft Community

When I cam on today I was bothered by lots of different issues pertaining to lagging and bugs.

Example:

1. Sheep did not follow me when I had wheat and if they did they moved at a slugs pace

2. If I moved 20 blocks I would instantly warp back to my starting point

3. Huge delay when I type /home

4. Showed black screen while warping home for 30 seconds at the minimum

5. I got knocked out from the server at least 5 times

6. I couldn't connect to server

These are part of the problems...I really love opticraft and I think it's an AMAZING server. I hope this is fixed!!!

Thanks,
Kian1354

A lot of plugins were removed and teh server is a bit messed up after the update. Please wait a little while, opti is trying his best to fix this.

Ok thanks Alicia...I just wanted to make sure something was being done about it.

I think its more that the server just can't handle 180 people at once.

Claw? It isnt an issue since with 215+ players the server had a 30% RAM capacity.
As Optic told me, the CPU Its not enough for that, but it can still run fine.

THe problem was that with soem plug-ins that implemented during the night of GMT+2(I set as a reference point), the server couldnt handle it, and about to 9 am GMT+2, the server did a roll-back of 30 mins, if I consider what I did the last half-1 hour.

After that, all work fine, even if soem plug-ins got removed and will be implemented in the next days.

I am not Optic, neither an expert. This is what I understood through my game-play and what Optic told me in mumble.
So, I believe now you are fine..
