every player need a change to learn his mistake's but they can't if they get a permaban the first time so i came with a SBT tabel...SBT means standard ban time.Maybe the next follow tabel will make players  not make the same mistake.

SBT-------------List_________________________________

• Grieffing

First heat(light damage)=4days Did you grief a second time it will count as a 3e grieff ban(2@4 weeks)

Second heat(Medium damage)=8days Did you grief on this height again a op can give a perma ban to this

Third heat(Large damage)=3weeks Again=Permaban

• Cheating

This maybe change what for cheats the player using(X-ray,Spidermen,player rader,Kill aura, instamine and Nofall)

So i made 3 heats also_____________________

heat1: xray and radar=4days(and 1week if you mine with x-ray)Second time 2weeks(Depends on how long he was using it)

heat2:Killaura and spidermen=1/2 week,Second time the ops decide your ban

heat3:instamine and Nofall=4weeks(These cheats are heavy)Second time permaban

Note:The other common cheats that i not listed here will also you get a ban(length depends on the effect of the not listed cheat)
_____________________________________________________

• Evading of the PVP(Player VS Player)

Every type of killing a player(Sandkilling, drowning, pit-trap and lava killing(the player is pushed into the lava hard to track)Will result is a 4weeks ban and the second time a perma.

_____________________________________________________

• Displays(non-playerskins ect

Wearing a racist looking skin(Hitler style,Stalin ect)is forbidden.

First time=a warn to change it.If you not do its result in a=3day ban and multiply every time you wearing that skin..So removed.

Making racist looking build(Nazi logo's and other insulting builds)First time=A warn and the build will be undo it(Al items you spent in that build will be lost)Second time a= 4days ban that multiply's every time you breaking this rule

______________________________________________

• insulting of users

SBT time's....1e time=warn.2e time=1day.3e time=3days.4e time=7days.5e time=15days. 6e time=permaban

Note by heavy insults ops can decide the ban lenght

I hope that not missed some rule

We already have our own standards and we have not had many issues about this. Our moderators and operators have been doing well with handling bans thus far, and any changes to the current system will only bring in some level of confusion.

Every incident is dealt with separately as every incident is different.

That doesn't include Wehrmacht army uniforms from that era does it? (Regardless of which nation as long as it doesn't have any "Hate" Symbols on it?) ?

Swasticas should be insta-perma bans

wait wait wait, a stalin skin is offensive? O_o
well i guess it would have to be in a way.. but how can you even tell its stalin :/

Stalin killed almost as many people as hitler did.

Nick you right...That why i have put in..Because its not funny to display a dictator/cruel related skins(And insulting some people)...So for that reason i put it there...

Anyways is it right to not permaban people in one way?If they want to get a perma they will do it again..

This week a new kind of cheats are out..I will test the results on my test server..And update it to the opticraft staff so they can create a new anti plugin for it

P.S Lets talk about my list is it good or not(Please say what you really thinking of it)a

I have something to do right now.

Edit: @PsYk0Wo1F If you read history books you will remember that crazy men at no time and you will easily find some users wearing it

yeah ive read the books and stuff...
i guess it seems fair.

Stalin killed his countrymen for little reason except for his own fear of them rising against him. He tortured and killed some of Russia's greatest war heroes and scientists through his ruthless KGB agents (he unsuccessfully tried to kill the General who led the Russian Army to victory in World War 2. The man ended up one of the only generals to survive because of the protection of him being "The General Who Won The War". I think he lived until the 70's or 80's). Alone, Stalin ordered the murders of thousands of Jews and Russians. The guy was psychotic and in many ways, worse than Hitler himself. He may have even had more people killed than Hitler had ordered. We do not need to be reminded of him and Hitler through ignorant people's skins. Therefore, a punishment is absolutely necessary.

We all know how to handle bans, this is just unnecessary and confusing.

All gaming site's have this  list where is opticrafts one?Its callt the pillory sector(SBT's and banned users)

Like this one  http://andromeda.ogame.org/game/pranger.php

This will get users know when and what they banned for it.Its pretty handy because you can see the op/mod that banned you.So you can contact them easily and it will also reduces the number of ban apeals

but the only problem is.....Who edit the pillory sector?

If they try to join the server, it will tell them the reason and amount of time they are banned for. And when/if they make a ban appeal, they will be informed as to who banned them.

I find this to just be a lot of work for something that is not necessary.

Okay, I understand the men were... well.. not exactly sane.
But if someone was brought up that way to 'worship' this man then he has every right in wearing a skin as does one who is a Christian who wishes to wear a stereotypical looking Jesus.
I my self think both Hitler and Stalin should rot in the void but I also believe that Christianity is believed from a book written by someone 1000 years after the occurances and that all religion is wasting your time talking to some one that does not exist and never has which I personally think is quite insane. But enough of me rambling on about religion... My point is it doesn't offend me seeing a Hitler skin just as much as it doesn't offend me seeing a Jesus skin... I'm sure you see my point... and I understand yours that people do it to be obtuse and disrespectful. But rules are rules and I can't fight that.
EDIT:
I would also like to add that 'God' has killed many more people than Hitler and Stalin but people still respect him because he's a 'perfect person'... Despite his non existence.

while we are also on this topic, satan has never killed anyone. and he punishes the bad people.
in logic, isnt satan the good guy? O_o
