The phrase "Oh, that's just how he/she is" when in response to me expressing my dislike for somebody.

When you don't do your homework ONE TIME and then all of a sudden in a group project you are "unreliable and irresponsible" when that same group has made you do a small poster project and a lab report all in one night because of their own failure to contribute.
