What rainmeter theme is that?

Is this Windows 8 or 7? I've heard you can make 8 look like 7 so I was wondering.

The thread doesnt have the house design itself, just that one view. From the picture though you could build what you see and improvise the rest.

It looks nice because of the shaders. :/
