I got banned because i gave CupCakeSmile2 a pufferfish to eat.  
I have to admit that she didn't know that it was poisonous so she ate it then her hearts went to 1/2 heart.
It was a joke! u know "Lol", "haha"  
but when somebody else gave me a pufferfish (i didn't know what it can do) and i ate it that person didn't get banned.  

What i'm saying now is to plz unban me because i want to finish my house and to see my friends.  

I know i said i won't care if i got banned. but it doesn't mean u have to show me that i might care.  

The joke isnt funny here. Killing poeple is against the rules. I didnt see the other person do it, and I have no proof of that and cant do anything about it. Also, killing players is always a permaban.

Then if she got it by a mob she wouldnt even have a chance at surviving.

You dont exactly sound apologetic, and Im not seeing much of a reason to unban you.
