I politely buy the land and fill in the crater and build a corner shop.

Creepers emerge from the crater and blow you up. I politely observe from the distance.

Nobody's Hill!

Well since its nobody's hill at the moment i think i will claim it..... with a flag!  

there are still creepers in the crater and blow up. now i cuboid it to flat land.
