I think someone's madbro. Try this, because it actually works if you have ever read past ban appeals.

1. Log off your computer
2. Calm down
3. Take a break. Why not go out and eat today? Steak is great anywhere you go. Shoot some hoops with your friends or play catch with a baseball.
4. Come back later or even tomorrow and edit your appeal to make it better and we will be glad to assist you.

you were banned for griefing a grief trap it is an automatic 7 day ban and be aware that the next time you get banned it will be permanent.
