You must have drowned many times in the initial building

Not really... Respiration, and once you place blocks above you, it creates an air pocket so you can breathe...

A few times, but then I discovered respiration helmets and the /back command.  Now I'm an underwater building pro.

I posted pictures (and video) of the middle class homes.  Those are the only ones finished.

I'm really not sure about pricing and such, but right now I'm thinking about this for prices:

Luxury home (not started yet): $80,000
Upper class home (not finished yet): $20,000
Middle class home (mostly finished): $1,000
Lower class home (not started yet ): $500

Blondie100 & Spy have both expressed interest in buying upper class homes.

Also, what do people think about the name of the city?  I'm calling it Aquain so far, but I'm open to other suggestions.

awsome build how do you get to it though???

You don't.

Not yet at least.

i am thinking about buying one of the luxury homes. depending on how good they look lol. CANT WAIT

New pictures everyone!!

I've been making a lot of progress on the upper class domes.  I've got the structure finished on one and I just finished one of the sub garages.  I still need to finish the structure of the other dome and furnish both of them, but I'm making significant progress!  Check it out:

The Upper Class domes are far more open than the middle class ones.  More windows, more light, more openness:

I spent a day working on this wood floor texture.  I finally got it just how I want it:

The Upper Class domes have access to a pool!

In the center of the dome you can look down through all the floors.  Here is a look from the main floor down all the way to the pool.

Here is a look straight up from inside the pool.  You can see all the way up to the ocean outside:

Another nice amenity of the Upper Class dome is they have their own Sub Garage:

The garage has a nice window to see subs coming and going through the access tunnel:

Here's a view of that sub descending the tunnel from out in the water:

Are all those textures custom? If so I would love to download them

Not all of them.  I'm working on my texture pack bit by bit.  The wood floor you see there is custom.  Just finished that this morning.  It is constantly evolving, but I'll make a download available at some point.

Sweet, I am eager to see the final product of both of your projects.

Awesome.

And I just realized I forgot to include the screenshot of the wood floor.  I just added that.

If only the subs actually worked, that would be epic!  Or do they....
