I know that wither skeleton heads are disabled because of the possibility of creating the Wither. Are the other heads still available or did they need to be disabled also?

Heads are decorative blocks. There are five variants of heads: skeleton, Wither Skeleton, zombie, human and Creeper. While the Wither skeleton skull can be obtained as a rare drop from Wither skeletons, the other heads are not available in Survival mode and can only be found in the Creative inventory.
