How about some First World Problems
Basically things only first world countries would have problems with since third world countries don't always have access to everything we do, for example, an iPhone.
Make a meme and describe why it makes sense, I still don't get it.
"Dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked. - First World Problems."
You wouldn't hear most people from a third world country ever complaining about something like that.
