Also I combined all my double posts (which I realize now I should not have posted)
Either way hope it looks cleaned

Italian Città neeeeeds  a city page just make it simple if you have to but I need one soon

However, I know this is petty (and some may think a little anal considering the nature of the 'game'), but to ensure that we are not mistaken as a Governing body or form any 'voice' within Opticraft, the 'The Golden Nations Constitution "Laws" need to be changed to "By-laws", as these are public regulatory laws which apply ONLY to our own specific areas and within The Golden Nations Council and not a law passed by a the governing region (in our case, 'World' (or better still, Opticraft)) and that these "by-laws" can only be made or passed on a limited range of matters within our bordered areas. Therefore OUR by-laws are only a form of 'delegated legislation' within the Council for realism purposes rather than actual (Opticraft) "law" - Just so everyone is completely clear on who we are, what powers we do or don't have & or, what we can or can't do....

i have brought a interesting improvment to my town:

RANKS!

OWNER: has complete control over town, owns the land, makes key decisions

CO-OWNER: helps with important matters, has a large amout of control over the town

ADMIN: helps to oversee the towns functioning, fixes major problems, suggest ideas for the town

MERCHANT: owns a shop, buys sells and trades for the TOWN'S benefit, and him/herself

BUILDER: in charge of town buildings, in-charge of most buildin/destroying/clearing projects, may conduct building inspections

RESIDENT: lives in town, and interact regularlly with other residents

VISITOR: a person not living in the town, wether just looking around or helping out



So far, some people in the town have been given a special rank, which i will modify into my first post along with application templates.

Tell me what you think, give suggestions, or apply for one of these special ranks!

What if i put in bold above the document that "these laws apply only to the golden nations and are in no affiliation with opticraft itself,
however the Golden Nation is subject to all opticraft rules and laws." or something along these lines
and i do not think it is petty it is actually a very good point.
but i will change them to "By-laws" so that it is not confused

Kag has cleaned up griefing in Sandlands, I am considering moving Sandlands to bronze rank

Due to his help in the Golden Nations and the fact that his city has topped the voting poles for quite some time now along with the fact that his city is designed very nice I would like to nominate Italian_Crafter's city Italian City for Golden Status


The voting is for council only however feel free to give an input if you are not on council

Voting will probably be sometime tomorrow (December 2) if you miss the vote in game or I am not able to get on tomorrow you may vote by giving your vote on the forum. Again the only vote that counts is a city council member. If I am in game tomorrow I will let everyone know when the vote is.

I took a look at the city and like the unique layout (the curving roads not just blocks and the levies) also having city protection you should not have to worry about griefs which is the major concern in the guest world.
As long continue with maintaining your city I see no reason not to accept you.

I need to know who you plan on being your representitive in council you or terror himself? this will be who does the voting for your city.

also to all members do you think I should include an acceptance procedure in the constitution? or maybe seperatly on the homepage? because I have noticed that I have described it in the thread however it is on the second page in a reply instead of the main post.

I dont think I will bring this to vote in council since it wont be changing anything i just need to know if anyone thinks it should be in writing?

I can be the representative for now but it will for sure be him when hes back

Can I reserve a spot to apply here? I want to apply when Vault 101 (my underground city) is completed.
