sorry i did not vote, i was wrapped up in building a dock for the new sandlands

and check my progress!

i will be working on the capital building this week & weekend, and will hopefully finish it by M.L.K. day (21st)

donations of any kind of oak wood planks and stonebricks are very much appreciated

And good new everyone! Winter Storm Helen has closed my school for today, and I will continue the construction of the capital building and possibly a community farm and some other things.

Capital Building-

Made of a combination of oak wood planks and stone bricks, my favorite two building materials.

Located directly in front of the docks, making visitors from up-river feel welcome.

The main way people from the town will come into the capital building. The thing you see on the right is being built by penlid123, I will not reveal it until completed.

This is not completley done, I have yet to post rules, helpful tips, info, and a directory. In the center is a fountain, on the right a staircase to the second floor, and on the back left is a room of which i have yet to designate a job to.

Town offices. Most of you do not know wiles151, who has been the town's Co-Owner all this time. His office is on the left, while as mine is on the right.

Ah, quick question.  Can I apply even if my city isn't finished?

It doesn't have to be "finished" but it has to be mostly complete not including add ons and future projects so like 85% done is prolly about the minimum. If that makes sense, a completed city would be better though, and you can always make additions

I see, but mine is about 50%.  You have seen it but I might as well apply.  Maybe my city ranking should be left at stone until then.

• not open for citizenship, yet
• based from a game called Fallout 3 and the player starts the game in Vault 101; generally, the Fallout series include fallout shelters as protection from radiation, nuclear bombs, etc.
• theme: underground futuristic
• CazualxGrenade is the co-owner

I'm going to reject this for now because it really should have some citizens to be considered a city, it is still more in the project phase from our point of view.
We will happily take another look at it when you start accepting citizens.
