how do i prevent my friend from being banned for grief that i reported

i reported grief and it turned out to be my friend and he didn't grief and i dont want him to get banned and i was told that theres a part of the forums where i can do this but i dont know where can someone please help me?!?!?!

Its ok, I know what happening here.

Right I asked you to rather than tell me in game to post it on the forums as I wasn't the one who banned your friend. If it was posted on the forums the mod could sort it out alot quicker than waiting for him in game.

I said for you to make a ban appeal in this forum and make sure you read the two stickyed posts to get a better appeal for your friend.

You could ask that the person be pardoned, but honestly if your friend griefs you, it's not really your friend...

If he posts a ban appeal, make a post saying you would like him to be pardoned, and state that you were the victim so that you can get a little more authority in requesting he be unbanned...

thanks everyone i was worried and didn't know what to do but now i understand and he hasn't been banned so Im guess something helped or happened? what ever the point is i think its resolved now so ya

Always ask the Moderator who caused the grief before he/she does anything and they should tell you.
