If placing the blocks one by one, even with a guide, is not by hand, wtf is, hmm?

Using only paint to display the image and zoom in, and possibly mark off pixels you have already placed is doing it by hand. Using a program that gives you a blueprint of blocks to place isn't.

He's just a member, your recruit. Your both unique. Let him do it his way.
