Did you break any of the rules? yes
Did you grief another players work? no
Did you swear excessively? no
Did you upset an operator or cause general disrespect to other members/ players on the server? no
Did you draw hateful symbols or say hateful remarks? no

Btw superinferno is installed on my comp cause my bro plays on a griefing team with his friends i never use it idk how to get it off my computer..

First of all, use the correct format of a ban appeal.

Second of all, I want to know why you have/use it.

Moved to SMP ban appeals

added why i had it on my comp and can someone tell me how to get it off my comp if i get banned from severs because of it?

am i unbanned im desperate to be cause i play alot now

It is against the rules to have any modifications on your minecraft, and if you read the rules (which I presume you have) you would know your not allowed it. If you know its not allowed you would try to get rid of it and seeing how you have been playing for 4 weeks now it appears you may have had it for all this time with no intent of getting rid of it. You could at least asked "your brother" to get rid of it but you clearly haven't.

For this reason I wont unban you, unless you can explain yourself very clearly why you never tried to get rid of it and kept breaking the rules.

-note you read the classic ban appeal guide, read the SMP one now.

I haven't read the rules :/ i thought there was just no griefing ill ask my brother tonight to remove it for me or i can look up on google i was meaning to do no harm with it (didn't even know it wasn't alowed) so yeah thats my story im sorry if i upset anyone :/

Found out how to remove it just removed it and found the download of the file and deleted it now to!

Rule Number 3 states "Read all signs at spawn" It appears you didn't do that

Rule number 4 states "Use common sense"  Wouldn't that suggest NO HACK CLIENTS.

Rule number 6 states "NO mods apart from OPticraft" So yeah, its a modded client

So with 3 rules broken I feel you are not to be unbanned. Also its as easy as clicking "options" - "force update" to get rid of your hack client.

So im afraid you wont be coming back.

Whats even more interesting is that you didn't even attempt to deny it, and of course the classic "My Brother did it" excuse, it never gets old...

Anyone besides me getting sick of seeing "My brother" "My cousin" "My pet armadillo" excuses?

Guys - you have the ability to prevent others from using your accounts. It's really easy, too!

i removed the hacks now

See it didn't take that long, you could have done it ages ago

there is no prove that you played 100% legitimately but there is prove that you was using hacks.

as you can see (top left) you have the hack client on + there is a mod on called "Sneak" which makes you act as you are sneaking. So you did have the hack client on and you was USING IT. There for you will be banned and stay banned.
