ok I've done what was necessary to get rid of any malware or viruses and have already de-listed myself from spamcop, what's next?

if you're not currently listed on spamcop, you should be allowed to enter the server.

Will have to wait  it out for the listing to expire again.

I've already waited out my de-listing from spam cop... why do i keep getting the error?
