Norse, Scottish, Irish, and a drop of Native American (somewhere)...  We pay the most homage to the Scottish side of the family.  The Irish comes out when we get our drank on.  As for the Norse... I'm Latino of Aztec descent from what I can tell, I have some spaniard blood but it's such a small amount that it's almost negligible. I was born in the US and raised in Mexico, so I have deeper roots than your average Hispanic haha
