The Starting bid is 25k
It comes with a /home setup there and a double xp farm and then maybe 50 blocks away a skele farm.

This Auction will end 6/2/12

ehhhhh never mind I withdraw my bid. :/

Is it an auto xp farm?

No it is not an auto spawner but I could easily gain 10 lvls in about 15 minutes if you use it correctly

Who's /home is setup there and does it come as part of the purchase? (i.e. that /home won't move)

Of course, I'll add you to the doors next time I'm on so you can look around.
