Accepted, Moved to builder since you wont live here, Fad since you dont live in the town, moved up to builder

Removed shimmerdude as a founding member, since he has done NOTHING in the town recently

Scotty, what is the builder rank exactly, and is it like VIP, or do I have a building limit.
