Good idea, but let me tell you why i believe its not possible:
First of all ( if i recall correctly,) opti said he wants to keep the server as vanilla as possible.
And second, ( again if remember right,) the people here are developing their own plugins just incase theres a flaw with other ones, to prevent bugs, glitches and exploits. To add to that, some plugins after their release are "forgotten" by their developers and dont get updated, or dont get updaited quickly after minecraft updates.

We need a save he forest campaign and reward people to replant...
