You are in a world completely made of concrete. You have a glass bottle and you throw it in the air remember, glass breaks when it falls and touches the concrete. So... You throw it, but the glass bottle survives the fall. Why?

If the world is entirely concrete it wouldnt go anywhere because everywhere is concrete.

A man lives on the 50th floor of an apartment building. He takes the elevator down to the first floor every morning to go to work. On his way home, he goes to the 30th floor, and walks the other 20 floors. Why?

He's going up, he stops at level 30 and walks to level 50home? Idk. It's gotta be a trick question.

Well, it is a riddle. Every single day, he stops at floor 30, and walks to floor 50, but going to work, he goes right from 50 to 1.

For work, every day, he takes the elevator to the first floor.
He comes back to his apartment building at the end of the day.
He rides the elevator to the 30th floor of the building.
He walks the other 20 floors to his apartment.
The man repeats his cycle every day.

The man is short.  When he goes to work he presses the lowest button he can reach, which is 1. When he comes back he can only reach the 30th floor button, so he has to walk the other 20.  Am I right?
