Can I be a partial resident? I will just stop by sometimes and walk around. I won't move there but I will hopefully have a room I can use as a little getaway?

hehe kinda, its gonna be the largest single structure on the server when its done so its gonna be awesome like a resort. btw DJ would u like to invest/become a resident??

Why yes I would actually. To tell you the truth, several towns already consider me a "citizen"/"resident" but I just like visiting a lot of towns and going around. While I won't live here permanently, I might establish a house for temporary visits.

and I will invest of course. I love seeing projects like towns grow. How's a 10k investment sound?

Also, if you need any materials, I'd be glad to help. Especially cobble, I have about 2 chests full.
