Unsafe stuff in market

Today when i was at the market i was next to the Gold, Diamond and Iron bars and a guest walked next to them faceing me i turned around and looked back at this fella, Meanwhile i saw diamonds floating into the guest and he was getting diamonds and Gold. I don't have proper proof so this is all i have.

I've seen the bundle of diamond on the showcase, but when I walked next to the pile they did not come into my inventory

That is sorta strange...

I have gone through the sales place, but nothing happened.

About the votes, Optic, I still have some problems. I dotn know if I get all my diamonds, because I vote all the week and the weekends, I log in. But, when I voted today, At the 1st site, it doesnt direct me to the proper page. Probalby it is not your problem. If I press it again, it says that I have already voted. Anyway. I just make the try to vote, but I dotn know if I get them.
