Promotion!!!

Hi, i have been playing for a while and would love to be able to increase my building opportunity by being able to use water, lava, etc....  It would be great if i could be promoted.

What kind of application is this?
Builder, operator,crafter?
Get recruit first then follow the builder template...
And your pic is corrupted...
Ask an operator ingame....
