Seeing as how I can't reply...
That sucks
There is never any ops on when I'm. Online and getting ANY1 to look at wat ur doing is damn near impossible. I understand that I could have taken a screenshot of someone else's work, to claim it as my own so here is some proof I made this. Consider this my online application, as I work 8+ hrs a day and have a family and not alot of time to sit around and wait for some operator to come and have a look at something I have put hours into that will be greifed to nothing before any sees it.

You will first have to earn the Recruit rank before applying for Builder. To do so, build something really cool and amazing and show it to an Operator in-game. Good luck!
