This island was built by hand, meaning it's all one build, so no one can build on it without your permission. The house is based on Tony Stark's (Iron Man) I never got around to decorating it or anything like that, includes a private chopper, pool, redstone glass door, and custom palm trees. Asking price is
250k, which is about what I put into it. Not really an auction, just seeing if anyones interested in buying it flat out. Will consider any reasonable offer.
