Witch hut - sold to pew1998

[TheWholeLoaf]

Selling witch hut I bought from johekl awhile back. I got what I wanted from it but I keep forgetting to visit it now and then :p. Someone else can probably do more with it than me.

The surrounding surface is already lit so no mobs spawn but the caves still need to be lit.

What is its spawn rate?

[Pew1998]

If you can mark out the origional spawn points (the 7 by 9 by 7 by 9), and if the spawn rates are ok (Does not have to be great), then I bid 50k.

I'll bid 50k as is, 55k if you're accepting pew's conditional bid and allowing bids over buyout
