let everyone use colors on signs

There remains one problem. Im not sure if we are still using essentials for the colored signs, i'll have to check with optical.

Signs are our own code, and the permission is opticraft.signs.colour. I am not fussed about this, so decide amongst Nyssa & Relkeb and go for it.

Sooooo if Nyssa and Relkeb agree then we will have colored signs? I didn't quite understand.

I think its great that its Trusted+ things wouldn't stand out, it would just be too over used.

It is true that colored signes would be far to spamy if all users were allowed to use them, logic makes sence.
