Here, i have a little tutorial for the server software that will most likely answer all your questions.

Ok, first, download the software here-https://sourceforge.net/projects/opticraft/

Then, extract all the files to a folder on your desktop.

Next, open the config file and set it up how you want.

When you want to run it, open the Opticraft.exe file. To stop running it, do ctrl+c then enter.

Will be forming an F.A.Q as soon as i have some questions.

Have you portforwarded the minecraft port: 25565?
