Signature help (picture)

[FNVcourierjon(SigilStone)]

I took pics of special moments in chat and I want to make one my sig.  How do I make it smaller and cut out and made into my sig?

You should be able to crop it in paint, then upload the cropped version to imgur. Take the bbc code and paste it into the sig area.
