4) Open a new tab/window
5) Go into Classic Applications
6) Go into "Builder Application Information --READ THIS--"

9) Paste into the grey box
10) Fill out the form
11) Open a new tab/window
12) Go into the site your screenshots are on (eg. Imgur, Imageshack, Photobucket)
13) Click on a screenshot

It's sad that we have to make instructions for instructions.

To be honest, there's some people that need to learn how to take screen shots and save them, upload them, etc with EXACT instructions. Some don't even know what Paint is..
It's pretty bad.

8) Go back to the new topic

When posting, go to additional options and check the box with 'Don't use smileys.'

People need instructions for lots of thins. I have had to walk so many people through the steps of getting WoM. We should have an instructions section under support with instructions for everything.

Here is how I imagine it would be set up; someone would post a topic with instructions on how to do something that people frequently ask for (or was requested such as in this case). If the instructions are good the topic will be stickied. Once a good intructions topic is stickied all lesser ones will be deleted.
