Why do you want to be a citizen of Vault 102?: I like what you've done, and I'd like to be part of it.

What kind of plot do you want?: Luxury unfurnished.

What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: Still a work in progress.  Planning on adding more walkways and houses/structures.

Why should we grant this city protection?  This has been an on going project since the Old Member world opened.  I've tried protecting as much as I could with Diamond PS, but I still have gaps.  Figured it was time to try for City protection considering how much work has already been done.
