i see you have a church and a bank but not much else for the publick exept for some stores... so i thought is there a public building you feel missing? like a museum or something?
A embasy is also a great option, to keep good relations with the other cities or how about somekind of dock to keep the shops suplied? maybe monument, i mean all big cities have something that gives them some kind of renown in the form of a building or a statue...
these are just some suggestions though,if you like any of them i'd be happy to help building them :)

Go around the roads, and find a suitable place for them, take a screenshot of the location, and an example of what it may look like. and submit a project application, and If we think it's good, we'll approve it & help you build it.

They sure sound good. Since the military base to the north is next to the river/water biome, i could easily help out with the placement and the construction of the docks. Ill get a picture of the area in a minute; im on my phone.  ;)
