Issue connecting to the server

Hi, I'm posting on behalf of my brother & his friends.

Imortaly & mattin111. Whenever they try to connect to the server is says 'the ban hammer has spoken'

So I got on the server and checked for them, but there were no bans on history(Except for mattin111). so... yeah.

tabooti!!!! the same thing has happened to me! do you know what to do? i didn't do anything i will swear on a stack of Bibles and if i did it was on accident!
