Why i am banned?

So, i was banned from the server and i dont know why 0.o
I think someone have made a mistake
I was just made as recruit
Someone has grifted my work and nothing had happened to them, and i become banned... 0.o

sorry, but i dont think that i griffed something, i just build a cube and a flag of Brasil, i was griffed i am not a griffer, plz ask him to review his decision.
