a build off for guests

I think the idea is to make some sort of contest. Have an Operator host it in his own world for guests and then invite some other people to be judges.
It could work but you need someone with private world to step up as the host. Then you need to set up a time-span for the contest, usually about a week is good, considering the guest level, a weekend should be enough. Then you need to set up the prizes, given that its a contest for guests i suggest the prize to be recruit rank because, lets face it, guests tend to build quite basic and if its going to be guests only there will be hardly anything truly worth of a prize.
It could work quite well as for motivation for guests, maybe you can even sneak up some recruits into the contest to make sure theres some level in the tournament.

I would certainly be willing to help out operating this event. However, I don't have a personal world, so I can't help you there, sorry.
