Jobs:
Well to earn money we need jobs like Wood cutter, Miner, Hunter, Builder.
Well it is fun that when you keep Wood cutting you get 3$/block and you gain Jobs exp so that when you level up in each job you earn more money.
This plugin will make it fun and will let people stay to gain more money and exp :D
The plugin is updated and works for mc 1.0 and compatible with iConomy/Economy.

Factions:
Factions are like clans like
I made a clan by /f create OmarooTeam
So I start claiming a land by /f claim or /f auto claim
Now I created my clan with my own land :D
I can get more people to join my faction to earn more powers so I can expand my area by claiming more :D
When a player join you clan he has a title with it like:
OmarooTeam [Trusted]omaroo2: (For random clan member)
*OmarooTeam [Trusted]omaroo2: (For clan moderators) (they have powers to invite people in the clan and kick them out of the clan too)
**OmarooTeam [Trusted]omaroo2: (For clan Admins) (They have the full control of the clan and can promote to clan Moderator.
Fun right?
If optic can make it like to create a clan you will have to pay 10000$ or like 1000$

I like the idea of the jobs, factions however just seem confusing and more like hogging land.

The jobs aren't a bad idea, but shouldnt we wait a while before asking for changed to the server?

Well, i do agree on the Jobs and fraction, we dont need them.
But the Market i like :P

There's a server I played where they had the Jobs thing, it is very very nice and convenient.

I don't like the faction idea though, there's gonna be some annoying troll who's gonna go claim a lot of land for the heck of it.

I've played on many Faction servers... and It just leads to bitter rivalries between friends its, the death of many servers. And also leads to justified griefing and sadness.

For example: I was dragged into a war with another faction... they had archers with fire arrows... i had tnt cannons. I destroyed there base with tnt, they burned mine to the ground.

Both sides lost hard work for a simple dispute that could have been worked out, by a simple "Who did what" but since they wanted a war people's feeling/pride were hurt and it led to the servers slow, and painful death... I don't want this happening to us.
Sometimes life sucks.... but then you see a picture of Bowsette and everything gets better.

i think jobs would be great factions would be ok but if i made 1 it would just be in my underground base

I have to say I'm against this.

I don't want to pay people for work. I'll reward them in other ways, but I'm not willing to go mining myself, go sell whatever I mine, just so i can them...

For example, I hire people to work for me by mining.
They get to live in my city, We build them a nice home (Or in the future, an area where they are allowed to build)

We are building a massive wall, so everyone takes part in helping me construct it (By mining) AND whatever extra ores they get other than cobblestone, they can keep! so they can go and make an extra profit while they are at it!

Me too, when you install clans, etc, then it is going to become like MMO/RPG.
I know a Greek server that has this style, but I dont play.
I wanna keep it to Minecraft style.
I have done a slave work, and I think I am gonna do it again. It helped a lot my balance..
