It doesn't include the Trusted players because they are too many.

It seems trusteds have been removed from the list. It is most likely due to the increasing amount of trusteds on the server.

The Trusted list was removed due to the high number of players becoming Trusted.

EDIT: Updated a few Mods.
EDIT2: Changed / updated the layout a little.

Although Builder may be the higher rank, that's not the reason.
The Trusted list was removed because of the amount of people that are earning it. The list would have become too long and would have lost it's meaning, so to say.

Keep in mind that we do have Spoilers now ;)

Even then, that would be particularly difficult to keep up with that many people at once...
