Reason for application: There needs to be more operators in the GMT +13 server..
 There is a massive amount of cursing and griefing, I have helped report this to
 Operators, and I feel that I can help.
Why you should become an operator: I am polite, I pay attention to the chat so I
Notice when people curse, I already assist operators by reporting and I spend a lot
Of time on the server so I can watch for rule breakers.

Ummm... first of all, GMT +13 doesn't exist... Unless you meant +1 or -1, or something along those lines...

This is a good application, but I feel as though the level of maturity that we look for is slightly lacking. It is good to see that you are helping us, don't get me wrong

We need to see that you want to put forth your efforts to help us moderate the server and means being upfront with us. What do you want to accomplish? Do you want to attain Op for experience or for better management skills? What is it that you WANT to bring forth to this community to make it better?

A couple of these questions may already be answered in your application, but these are things to think about. It's not easy getting to op status, and it's most definitely NOT easy being an op.

I'm not saying that you're not good enough, but I just want you to think about this for future requests. Think about this kind of stuff.
