But it could cause an even worse retaliation. What if your best friend was killed, and then they decided to release the photos of him after he was shot. You would not like it very much. (in this analogy bin laden is al-qaeda's best friend)

Not only that, also Osama is part of the Ben Laden family, a rich family that owns a gas pump and are very close to the Saudi royal family.

I'm not sure his family wants to see his death.

Then they should not watch it either... Also I don't understand why there should be need of 'multiple gunshots in the face'. Just a nice clean execution in the neck could have been sufficient, or puncture his longs, so he feels the terrible pain of choking in his own blood.
