List of new commands by rank

If you were actually coming here to find a list of new commands earned by rank, you'll be disappointed.

Anyways, I'm asking if someone could please make a list of all the new commands or privileges you earn with each rank. For example, recruit gets lava and water, builder gets vehicles and redstone, crafter got the /kick command on classic.

Hopefully someone knows this.

That doesn't list permissions. Unless I'm missing a command that does.

I mean it will list commands, permissions work something like this:

Fire - Recruit+?
Water - Recruit+
Lava - Recruit+
Redstone - Builder+
Vehicles - Builder+
Bonemean on saplings - Builder+? (new one)
