Who said anything about DIY? I sometimes build chestshops for people for the materials and a small fee, but there are tons of designs on YouTube.

So? It's not that complicated, if you don't know how you just look up a tutorial online. Not trying to be rude here but this is just a cheap excuse for a necropost.

As well this would not be worth the work just look at PvP it is rarely used
